Welcome to Janell's One Square Mile. Title inspired by the great line from 'The Wizard of Oz': "Next time I decide to go looking for my heart's desire, I won't go any further than my own back yard." However, when Joe posts here, it's more like "One Round Planet." Joe travels all over the world and contibutes pictures and descriptions of the places he's been. Hi Janell,
I should have found your blog before!---leave it to Mary to connect people. I can not believe you posted a photo from Nickerson. My first five years of life happened there! If you go up the little hill of what used to be Main St, headed for the old school bldg. our house was right on the northwest corner of the intersection. Oh, and Pablo Picasso is not really one of my favorites, sorry, I suppose I should branch out more----!
