Ruby Tuesday

This lady wanders about in the the pastures that surround my house. She is a Red Angus and has been hanging around with a Longhorn Bull. She has a baby now.

Kind of pretty, in a Bovine sort of way, don't you think?

I think she is lovely.

Awwwww..so cute and I love those yellow earrings! I'd love to see the baby! :)

Sue; she's ven prettier now that she has her girly figure back.

Brooke; I'll try to get a shot of the youngster ASAP. It's fun to watch them run around and play with each other, but hard to capture that on film.

That is one, hot cow!!

She's adorable and so fashionable. Red and yellow go so well together. Maybe I should get me some yellow tags to put on my ears. ;)

Hi Janell, thank you for checking in on me. Hope you're all OK, I hear Ike came on up through Missouri and on up and over to Indiana.

I like your red bovine. I didn't do a Ruby Red this week, we were evacuated.
A lot of posts have been added from Tuesday afternoon on as I was making up for lost time here in Katy. Now I am catching up on reading the other blogs.

We will be home Saturday as our lights came on.

Down Jamie, Down, Girl. Step AWAY from the computer. Good. Now go take a nap.

Scarlet; I think you could get by with a yellow shirt or scarf. Eartags won't be necessary for you. The eartags on the cow have significance on her birth and her calving record. Not sure how to interpret it, but I'm sure you don't need that!

Jim; thanks for taking the time to stop by. I hope your Ike cleanup will be swift and easy!

I think she neeeds one of Jamie Dawn's necklaces to go with those earrings.

Now that is a beautiful animal!

I really enjoyed your previous post too. I try to remember to put my flag out everyday...unless it's raining of course.

I just read Nora's comment!! LOL

Hi Janell, I hope you are having fun out on the trail. They make soft-seats for bicycles but is there one for saddles?

Next time take your laptop with you. We miss you.
You could use the free WiFi at the food stops you make. For sure Ruby (Red) Tuesday would want a picture of any red places that saddle may have made.
I still have one on my leg from our ride at Blogstock '08. :-)

Just checking in only to find nothing new posted.
Oh, poo!
Well, I can't complain because I've been hit and miss lately too with my posts. I used to try to post twice weekly, but that has been out the window since Blogstock. Life's been a bit busy.
I still that cow is quite something!

I'll visit again soon, so maybe you could put up a few words. Even a simple "Hello Jamie Dawn. Yes I am still among the living."
